The outlet is very convenient, just one step from train station, the store also very good and the price was so good

Love this mall!! I could spend well over 5 hours here. I’ve only accessed it by car which is super easy since there’s tons of parking. I go there annually for a shopping trip, it’s great !

There are many brand outlets here. Recommended for shopping. The Winter Illumination park are smoothly and elegant.

It's a convenient outlet mall. Near to the ski slope, great place for lunch if you ask me but beware that it will be very crowded. Big carpark and owned by prince hotel.

there are many popular outlet stores here. most of karuizawa's popular souvenirs can be found here, so it can be a convienent one-stop mall for all your souvenirs. there is always music being played too.

If you visit Karuizawa ski resort, you cannot.miss this large shopping centre complex. There are actually 2 malls divided between the East and West area of this vast ski resort. The mall houses all the well known brands from Prada to Gucci to Adidas to North Face. Hundreds of outlets to visit. Will take you more than a day to complete the mall tour. The mall also has an upmarket food court where you can recharged after a.long day of shopping. Expect to pay resort price though.

It's a wonderful shopping center for everyone. Many international famous brand names are found here but their goods are sold at big discounts here. All the shops are big and spacious , so you can enjoy shopping in a comfortable environment. By the way, it's very close to the karuizawa station too!

Nice place for shopping and relaxing. There are a huge garden for child play also the playground. So many branded things we can get here. The place is easy to visit, it is in front of Karuizawa Station.

Cute little shopping area in the Prince hotel and surrounding. Just depends on what you're looking for. I wasn't really looking to do much shopping but there is a 7-Eleven close by and a couple other little small convenient stores.

My go to shopping plaza every time I come to Karuizawa. They have a large variety of stores to do all your shopping at. They have a mix of luxurious and standard clothing stores. If you are looking for unique Nike and Adidas clothing/shoes, I suggest you check out those stores there. Highly recommend checking this place out if you have the chance.

Big enough for you to spend the day. It's a jack of all trade kind of mall that fits everyone's need. The new west wing got some smaller brands shops if you aren't just looking for big names.

One of the best outlet in entire Japan! The shopping plaza feels like a garden in Europe with plenty of green area and leisure facilities. Plenty of shops and it’s always easy to hunt bargain goods from different brands! The weather is always cool here in summer and good for walking around!

There are a lot of stores and restaurants in that area. And it is very huge, so you need two hours at least to walk along.

This shopping area was huge! Probably the biggest I have visited in Japan. Lots of brand like usual foreign brand and local brand like A Bathing Ape, Tomorrowland etc. We didn't have time to spend much this time. We allocate one day when we come here next time! By the way, free parking for first 2 hours!

The best outlet "mall" I've been to. Family and pet friendly. Plenty of parking around. Quite nice food selection. Would have wanted some more stores around but I guess the best brands don't have outlet shops. Very easy to spend a day here even if you don't shop much. Just walk around, eat, enjoy the views, read, eat. Japanese food is lovely.

I had an excellent experience here shopping with my family. Many stores are pet friendly and very welcoming for tourists. This is definitely one of the largest outlet malls I've ever been to with excellent low prices. However I would suggest coming during warmer seasons as it's quite cold (outlets are outside). Excellent service and polite as usual in Japan. Very clean toilets (with toilet paper), sufficient parking spaces (free parking when purchases are over a specific amounts). Majority of the shops are tax free (so 8% discount for tourists). The location is good right in the middle of Karuizawa 軽井沢. Would highly recommend here.

A dog friendly outlet and it has many upscale outlets. Lovely surroundings with the ski slopes in the background and a large man-made lake in the centre. Food options aren't that many but suffice for quick snacking in between shopping
